Ecogastronomy for the rural youth of the Brazilian semiarid region
Based on a partnership between IFAD, IICA, Semear Internacional and the Slow Food Association of Brazil, an Ecogastronomy Exchange was held in Sergipe, bringing together 25 young people from all projects supported by IFAD in Brazil. As a great result of this exchange, we have gathered, in this publication, recipes developed by the participants of the event, in order to show that, valuing the local potentialities, we can foster a regional chain of valorization of the place.
